LIFEMISSION
Under the Life Mission Scheme, benefits have been provided to 393 landless, homeless, and inadequately housed beneficiaries. Through the effective implementation of the scheme, the Panchayat has achieved notable accomplishments.
Eradication of Extreme Poverty
The Panchayat has received recognition for its outstanding efforts in identifying 21 families belonging to the extremely poor category and implementing effective measures to free them from extreme poverty.
Waste Management
To create a clean village, the Panchayat has set an excellent example in source-level waste management, the functioning of the Green Task Force (Haritha Karma Sena), and plastic-free initiatives.
Resposible Tourism
Responsible tourism initiatives that promoted tourism development with the participation of local people and strengthened the rural economy have earned the panchayat the One to Watch No Footprint Gold Award.
