Due to the heavy rains on August 1, 2, and 3, 2026, various areas of Aymanam Grama Panchayat were submerged. Widespread damage occurred in the panchayat. Following the flooding, camps for those affected by the disaster were opened in the panchayat on 02/08/2026.
